Perfect Vision offers eyewear products and related services. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Ordering and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Prices are in Nepali Rupees and include applicable taxes
• Payment must be made in full during order or before delivery as per the payment method selected
• We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout

4. Prescription Requirements

If you require prescription lenses with your frame, please ensure to include the prescription details

• A valid prescription is required
• Prescriptions must be no more than 2 years old
• We reserve the right to verify prescriptions with the issuing optometrist

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Free delivery all over Nepal
• We aim to deliver within 7 working days

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Prescription lenses cannot be returned unless defective
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for anything that happens due to the operation of the website to the extent applicable by the federal law of Nepal.
